Any breach of these terms and conditions may mean that you may be refused entry or asked to leave the site without refund. The picnic area in Thirsk Hall is an adults and under 12s event. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a ticket holding adult.

There are strictly no ticket sales to 13 to 17 year olds. We are operating a 'Challenge Under 25' policy and security checks on entering the site will include proof of age. Anyone aged 13 to 17 in possession of a ticket attempting the gain entry will be refused - no refund will be given.

Anyone found on site and not wearing a valid wristband will be asked to leave.

Any unaccompanied children found on site will be taken to a supervised ‘lost children’ facility.

Thirsk Picnic In The Park is a Zero Tolerance event – anyone found in possession of illegal or controlled substances will be handed to the Police. This will lead to non admission without refund. Anyone found to be intoxicated on or near to the site will be removed and refused entry to the event - no refund will be given.
